Our standard Presta valve inner tubes are produced using a molded construction method, which ensures a consistent thickness of the butyl rubber. This means they contain no unnecessary weight and roll smoothly—ride after ride. Each inner tube is individually vulcanized for an even wall thickness, guaranteeing top quality and reliable performance.
1. Approximately 40 grams lighter per wheel The tire is thinner (0.6 mm) than a normal inner tube. Less rotating weight = faster acceleration and easier climbing. 2. Smoother ride / less rolling resistance The thinner rubber allows the tire to deform more easily. Tests show: up to 13% less resistance per wheel →you lose less energy while cycling. 3. Talc (powder) in the packaging Ensures the inner tube slides into the outer tire more easily. Less chance of pinching when mounting. 4. Extra strong base at the valve (4.8 cm) Prevents the valve from tearing out (this sometimes happens with lightweight inner tubes). Especially nice with high tire pressure. 5. Valve works better with a pump Top of the valve is smooth → pump fits better Less wear on your pump
Our Standard Schrader inner tubes are made with a molded production method, ensuring the butyl rubber has a consistent thickness. This means no excess weight and a smooth, reliable roll on every ride. Each inner tube is individually vulcanized for consistent quality and optimal durability. Key features: Molded butyl rubber for consistent thickness Lightweight, no excess mass Smooth roll and reliable performance Individually vulcanized for optimal quality
Our Standard Presta inner tubes are manufactured using a molded production method, which ensures the butyl rubber has a constant thickness. This results in no unnecessary weight and a smooth, reliable roll for every ride. Each inner tube is individually vulcanized for consistent quality and maximum durability. Key features: Molded butyl rubber for constant thickness Lightweight and efficient Smooth roll, ride after ride Individually vulcanized for optimal quality
